FINALLY!!!
I have searched for YEARS to find refried beans similar to the ones used at Taco Bell. I made my annual Google search longing for the perfect dupe and saw a reddit post to get these so I did. Oh my god. I’m so ecstatic!! I love how smooth and inoffensive they are. They’re seasoned with salt and lard and that’s it. They taste just like the Taco Bell beans. I didn’t follow the instructions I just dumped a taco size looking portion in a bowl and covered with hot water. I mixed and let stand until they cooled and they were perfect.

Great Taste & Value
It tastes great and I love it. I can just cook the amount I want, instead of opening the whole canned beans, so nothing gets wasted.

Very convenient
These are great. I don’t wanna use any canna beans and I found these with clean ingredients super easy and fast to make. They are a little pricey but for us it works out. We just use it when we make burritos.

Cheap and not terrible-tasting
I survived off these for a summer, over rice cooked on a camp stove. Surprisingly they're not bad. I feel no need to eat them ever again though.

Best Dried Beans - Easy to Use
The Santiago dried beans are the only beans I will use now. Taste-wise, these are way better than what you get from the can. They are also incredibly easy to use - I just cook hot water in my kettle, pour it over, and mix. This product is a staple in my kitchen and something I will repurchase over and over.

Quick and convenient
Super quick, easy and convenient way to have refried beans, whether you want to make just one serving or feed a crowd. Price comes out to about 85 cents per serving, which is cheaper than getting canned refried beans, which are usually about a dollar a serving (2 servings per $2 can). People talk about getting it cheaper at a restaurant supply store, but look, if you have Amazon Prime you get free shipping and you don't have to buy in bulk. This is suitable for any recipe calling for refried beans, and it's seasoned only with salt, so you can add in as little or as much of the spicier ingredients if you want. Doesn't take up much shelf space, either. For me, it's ideal. It's the real beans.
