They work great. Black is ground
I put these on a utility trailer plate. They work great. Black is ground, white is positive. I went though a few fuses before I figured that out.

bright and kinda blue
bought these as a cheap alternative to a optional light on my atv trailer license plate. works great and looks cool, matches the led lighting on my truck. got 2 sets and also put them on my 2009 cbr600rr, looks sweet and i havent gotten pulled over for it yet!
