Pompeian 100% Avocado Oil Cooking Spray, Mildly Nutty Flavor, No Propellant, 5 Fl Oz

I use this spray avocado oil all the time. I cook all my meats in an air fryer and this gets sprayed in before I start cooking. There is quite a bit in the can, and it lasts a long time. No bad flavor. A win!!

I've read how bad seed oils can be, so I was looking for an alternative to canola and such. I'm also on the AIP diet as of 3-4 weeks ago which is super strict. I've been using this as a replacement and it works great and doesn't seem to cause or exacerbate body inflammation. I also like that there's no aerosol to get disperse the oil. Price point seems fair and one bottle seems to last a fair amount.

Works great, but you have to use a light touch. It sprays heavily, so just spritz a couple of times.

This was the first time to use the avocado oil in this brand. I use the olive oil all the time. Very convenient to use with my air fryer

Great, healthy, cooking oil… Super expensive if you go in person for the grocery store to buy this

I love this oil because it does NOT have a detectable taste and can cook at a higher temperature, high smoke point. I used to use olive oil, but it's low smoke point means I must be so careful when browing batches of food over a long period.
