These needles are really nice. I needed a long thin needle for quilting
These needles are really nice. I needed a long thin needle for quilting. I even use it for piecing as I don't care much for short needles. Some people stated it is difficult to thread but I had no problem and my eyesight is rather poor. I just cut the thread at an angle. The needles measure 1 & 1/2 inches and is just slightly thicker than those james needles in the yellow and black packets which I like because I kept bending the James ones. It shipped quicker than estimated and packaging was protective. Overall, a very good needle and worth the price.

For the proficient and the bumbler.
I piece quilts quite often and these are my favorite needles. I enjoy the longer shaft of the straw needle because it gives me a bit more leeway for accuracy. They are easier to grip at this length. They also have a relatively large eye for a straw needle that makes threading much easier for me. Finally, for the grip impaired, they do not bend as easily as most brands. I have a heavy grip that is not classically correct, so these are forgiving of my style. Of course I do appreciate the little case since I have been known to thread a needle into a project at the end of the day and lose it forever. Great needle.

Exactly as advertised!
These needles are fantastic! they were exactly as advertised. I wanted a longer flexible needle to use in English paper piecing and I needed one that was easy to pull thru the fabric. When I received my order and saw the tiny eye, I thought I had made a mistake....but these are easier to thread than the milliners that I had been using.I will buy them again! (great price and quick shipping, to!)

My favorite needles!
I love these needles for handsewing my 2” hexie quilt. They are thin, sharp and flexible enough to quickly sew together my project, but the eye is still big enough that I can easily thread them.

Sharp thin needles
Thin sharp needles that are perfect for hand applique and hand quilt piecing. They do have tiny eyes and must be threaded with a needle-threader as the thread is slightly larger than the eyes.

My mistake
I find these difficult to use, but they were recommended by a friend.

looking good so far
everything good, haven't used long enough to see if they hold up, other needles I've had in the past have weakened with use, hope these don't.

New strong needles
I use these needles for hand piecing and quilting. They are a bit longer than a between and easier for me to handle. They are strong and can take my not very delicate touch.
