Perfect upgrade for my John Deere lx178
Outstanding Amber LED Bulbs for My John Deere LX178!I recently upgraded my John Deere LX178 mower with these amber LED bulbs, and the difference is remarkable! These bulbs are not only bright and vibrant but also highly efficient, making them a perfect replacement for the originals. The installation was quick and seamless, and the bulbs fit perfectly without any modifications. The amber light is sharp and highly visible, which is a big safety improvement, especially during early mornings or late evenings when visibility can be a challenge. What impressed me most is their durability. Even after extended use in rugged outdoor conditions, they’ve held up flawlessly. No flickering, no dimming—just consistent, high-quality performance. These bulbs have truly elevated my mower’s lighting system, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. If you’re looking for premium LED bulbs that deliver on performance and reliability, these are an excellent choice!Highly recommended for any mower or equipment lighting upgrade!

Very bright and very good
I bought these for my 1996 Chevy. They are a little larger than the original lights under the hood. The hood light fit and boy is it impressive when you lift the hood at night. The second one went into a light that is attached to the fire wall. It's on a reel so you can walk around the vehicle with it at night. It did not fit under the clear plastic lens, so I just threw the lens in the glove box. I use LEDs under my hood and on the dome/map lights. The rest of the car uses the OEM lights because I'm not a selfish idiot who wants to blind other drivers with my nifty LEDs. I highly recommend these lights.

Much brighter than standard 1156 bulbs.
Put these into the reverse lights on a 2002 VW Jetta. Lumen claims notwithstanding, they are easily 3x brighter than the original incandescent bulbs and have a wider and more uniform output. Nice to be able to see when backing up. Not that concerned with longevity, since they're reverse lights, but I hope they last.

See my photo for the bright replacement on the right and the dim factory original bulb on the left. Second photo is looking back at the gravel behind, bright on the left, factory on the right. Amazing. Sad that I didn't figure this out sooner. The dumb design of the assembly means there are two puddles of light from each bulb, with a dimmed band in the middle. That's not the bulb, it's the red band across the reverse light lens. Yes, that dim yellow glow to the left of the second photo is the original reverse light! My rear view camera now stays in daylight mode at night. Beeautiful. You should know that these tail light assemblies are held in by three screws in the back and three pins on the sides. All six of those pins broke trying to take them out, and I know what I'm doing trying to remove plastic pins. You can buy replacement pins for under 10 bucks if you know what to look for! Dealers don't stock them. Look here for (10 PCS Tail Light Clips GoaMotors) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D476KMR3

Durability and enough light for the task.
Very bright, good fit, durable looks and quality. That's all I'm asking for. Nice lights......Update, had to use my Case to pull my utility trailer out of the woods behind the house, well turned out to be a really tough job because of snow and ice, was back there until dark and gotta say those lights are a lot brighter than I expected, really like em.
