Rally Fitness Bumper Plates are of superior quality and are designed to handle the tough demands of everyday, high impact use. Constructed of a 2" stainless steel 2mm insert, the plate is rugged and solid, designed for the toughest workouts. Bumper Plates are necessary when doing "Olympic-style" training movements or anything that consists of dropping barbells. Using Rally Fitness Bumper Plates as opposed to conventional steel plates reduces stress to the bar, the floor and lifting platforms as well as reduces the likelihood of personal injury by being able to simply drop the barbell from the overhead position rather than trying to catch the load of the descending barbell.
