Castor Oil applied topically does affect the digestive system so use with caution. I also liked using it on my legs to moisturize at night. It is a super thick oil. Do not ingest without doing research. I love this brand and the price is good for the quantity.

I blend this castor oil with a lighter oil because it is so thick and has a light, bitter fragrance. I use it for face and lymphatic massages, as well as on my thyroid. Works great, highly recommend!
