Frida Baby Silicone Paci Weaning System, BPA Free, Latex Free

I had been putting off weaning my toddler from her paci for a while in fear that it was going to lead to dreadful nights of her not being to sleep. I never write reviews but NEEDED to for this product because it made the weaning process so seamless I was shocked. By the time we got down to the final pacifier in the system, we let her wear that one for bedtime for about a week before we took it away altogether and she was completely unphased. This girl LOVED the comfort of her paci but somehow was ok and accepting the progression to no more paci. We used this system along with a little reward system from the “paci fairy” each time she leveled down. It worked so well that I had to share this experience!

I was skeptical since the binkis were numbered and colored (for obvious reasons!). My 2.5 year old knows her colors and numbers so I was nervous that she would catch on to the changes of number and color (which she did). We went slow and took our time transitioning and by the time we got to #5 she was very confused why it was so short and would try to use it but after a night or two realized it wasn’t what she wanted and that was it!! Would definitely recommend using this product earlier, but still can work for older binky users!

We had tried everything. Nothing worked.. we got this and within 2 weeks the nuk was non-existent. I used it for my first baby and between us I will be purchasing this again for all the rest of my babies. This was a game changer. Next time I won't be afraid to let baby love their mum since I know this can make it that much easier to get rid of it. I have a 2 and a half year old that is addicted to the paci. I decided to try this out and so far so good. I will say I did things different from what the box says. Each paci ive given her ive left her with it for about 4 days, after I go switching them and now were on number 5. She still has her moments where she asks for it but its not crying or throwing fits anymore. I give her number 5 everytime and she tends to just leave it there since she can't get a good grip. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has a toddler addicted to the paci!

Our 2 1/2 year old began getting more attached to his binky instead of less attached so I decided it was time to intervene. I decided to give these a try and was shocked how quickly it worked. We only made it to step 1 when he decided he didn’t want it. He knew right away something wasn’t right but moved on quickly. If your like me & know your child will cry and cry for their binky and don’t have the heart to take it from them i really recommend trying these! I felt better about it because it was his decision if he wanted it or not. Only reason im giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they’re basically just binkys that are cut shorter and shorter so for the price im sure you could make your own at home. Although this option is probably safer but wanted to note that anyways. We’re now on day 3 of no binky and he stopped asking for it all together. I’m shocked because 500 times a day he would beg me for his regular one before giving him this instead. If you’re on the fence just go for it! Much cheaper than braces in the long run.

I was extremely skeptical that this product would work for my 2 year old. Her older sister was able to quit the pacifier cold Turkey in about 3 days at two years old, but my second child could scream much louder for much longer. After several months of going back and forth trying to nix the pacifier, I finally caved and bought this pacifier weaning system. I really didn’t have high hopes for it because I had tried cutting holes in her other pacifiers, and that did not work at all. But tonight, my two year old went to bed, was offered pacifier #5, tossed it aside, rolled over and went to sleep! I was very gradual with the process, and took anywhere from 3-4 days to 10 days before switching to the next pacifier, and there were minimal to no tantrums about it! I will say that before starting this system, I switched her to a MAM pacifier that most resembled pacifier #1 for about a month to make the transition smoother. Every time we switched to the next number pacifier, we celebrated and said, “wow! You’re getting so big! You’re on to number 3 now!” etc. etc. HIGHLY recommend this product. It made ditching the pacifier for me (the parent) pretty painless and simple.

So these didn't really work for my baby but are good quality. I honestly thought they didn't have a hole in them to collect spit and bacteria but they do. They are easy to clean. I still love the concept.

Was desperate to find something that helped wean my 2 year old off the paci, I had already tried cutting them and going cold turkey did not work for us, this gradually helped her ease back and in Two weeks was completely off the paci. Four stars due to the price but was totally worth it after getting results.
