This is made from stainless steel, making it heavy and durable. Of course, the first thing I checked was it's straight edge and easily passed that test. The imperial and metric markings are accurate and easy to read. Finally, the extra four inches makes it much better than a twelve-inch ruler.

Each ruler is in a plastic pocket which is very nice because the edges are quite sharp so be careful grabbing/using them. They really should have dulled out the edges. Other than that, they are great.

I've been wanting a metal ruler for a very long time but just never got around to picking one up. I do a lot of printing on my HP Printer, often doing CD Artwork for the jewel cases or other wall art which I put up on the walls in my tiny music room. I've been using a wood ruler that has a metal insert but it kind of moves a little bit and my exacto cuts into the wood. I finally purchased these and they have made life much easier. No more poor quality cuts, no more wood splinters and the best part is that the added length allows for me to cut the entire length of any paper I'm ever going to be using in my printer. And two in a pack... for when the wife abscounds mine! These are all that we need.

There's not much to say, as it's a ruler. The measurements run to the edge which is helpful when baking. Right after I received it, I tossed it in the dishwasher before putting it away. Came out great! Nice extra long size for baking as well.
