Arrived broken
EDIT: I originally gave this a one star because it was broken. I received a replacement very quickly after contacting them for a return. Very satisfied with the replacement. I pulled out of the box to find it broken. I requested a replacement. I will update this review after receiving a replacement.

Hard
I should have taken a picture before I tore it apart. My granddaughter lost interest immediately. Too hard!

Poorly done
Terribly cut and some letters/numbers could not be seen. Would not recommend this product.

Not of quality that will hold up.
This is a beautiful puzzle, BUT it is not really wood. In shipping a corner was bent & looks like flake board. I had a difficult time dealing with the company to answer my questions. To ship it back the cost was as much as the puzzle. I would love the puzzle if it were made with real wood.
