Lovely present
I ordered this puzzle as a present for my 2 year old niece but when my 15 month old son stumbled across it he couldn't leave it alone! He wanted to play with it non stop so I let him keep it and ordered another two. One for my niece and one for a friend's son. The puzzle makes a great gift for any child and I love the fact that you can stand the animals up on their own so they can be played with as toys and not just part of the puzzle. I would say that the puzzle is very sturdy and child friendly. I would definatley recommend this product.

Melissa & Doug Farm Wooden Chunky Puzzle is a good durable puzzle set. This puzzle set is the same as the one you will find in any of the retail outlets. The puzzle will also hold up to high degree of abuse and you will definitely get your money's worth. I am glad I made this purchase and would recommend this product. Thank you for reading my review

Be warned!
This puzzle is made of MDF and paper transfers both of which started to disintegrate after a few moments of being sucked and chewed by my young son. Based on my experience and my personal concerns about the safety of the materials and construction of this product, I would not recommend this puzzle.
