Liked this lot. Actually thought it was cute enough to wear on its own. Material seemed substantial yet soft on the skin. Unfortunately, I had to return it as it was too small. Will be ordering another one in a larger size. N

Perfect compression for Lipedema arms. Can wear under your long sleeve blouse or dress. It’s 🥵 in this Texas heat but great in the winter.

As a cancer patient struggling with lymphatic issues and swelling this was going to be my life saver. It's only been a few weeks and it's not doing much to help me with swelling and now I can't even return. Best of luck.

I am 5'3 175lbs. I was Needing compression options for the cryo therapy I am under going on my upper body. It is sooo hard to find a long arm sleeve compression garment that is a full shirt! Since this one of the few that generated from my search I was hopeful. This personally did not work for me. Torso and arms are extremely long. Like I might have been able to make a second shirt with the material. The compression was not there for me and I ordered a size down from my norm of XL. The stomach and arm area feel almost quilted in the design, which was not comfortable to me since the material is not soft. The worse part is it squished the girls to nothingness. The chest area in my option had more compression then where I needed it the most. Perhaps I am 2 small and the garment was not intended for me. Sending it back.

This is my first time buying compression garments. I probably burned 15 million calories trying to get it on. I slept in it. Seemed to help my legs the next day.

The shirt is very, very long—more like a tunic top or even a bodycon dress. I have been wearing it over my CzSalus K2 leggings and loving it. It actually works very well for me as the largest parts of my body are getting double compression. The one difficulty is getting it on. I have not mastered it at all, but in case this helps anyone: 1. first I put on one arm, then I pull the neckline over my head 2. then I squeeze the whole shirt down over my torso with the same one arm fully in the sleeve, and the other pressed against my torso inside of the shirt. 3. Once the shirt is pulled down over my stomach, I use my sleeved arm to pull the other side of the shirt away from my body to make room to squeeze my other arm up and into the sleeve Step 3 feels like if I'm not careful, I could dislocated my shoulder. If you're an older person or don't have a lot of upper body strength, I would recommend asking a friend or family member to assist. Once it's on, I find it very comfy! But that getting it on part, whew! About me: 5'7", 220 lb, size 18, Primary, Bilateral, lower limb lymphedema. Bought the top because I'm recovering from abdominal surgery. Both top and leggings are XXL (2X). The leggings are much easier to get on than the top fyi. No assistance needed, even for those without upper body strength. Just take your time.

This purchase was worth it. Italian made and this brand especially makes quality compression products that you cannot find anywhere else. It looks small when you first get it, but it stretches to fit. I started with a larger size in the beginning but then went to a smaller size which is still very comfortable and gives me better compression in the sleeves. No one makes compression shirts for petites that have shorter arms, but I have been able to make the one size smaller work for me. I wish there were more compression shirts like this but made to be worn as an outer garment. I have worn this as PJs or put a tank top over it to wear in public which has worked okay. Petites sizes for shorter arms would be great.

Properly fits torso and arms but the seams dig into my armpits. No amount of adjusting helps. I have very long arms and the sleeves are long on me. Question whether this fits someone with standard length arms. 5 stars for fabric ; 1 star for fit = 3 stars. I think this is generous; needs more work on the design.

I love this top I have lymphedema in my left arm and right breast and this top really helps. Sleeves very long, but would rather they were long than short. Went for an XL which fits well am a size 16 on top 5ft 6. Would have liked even slightly tighter arm compression but nevertheless still love this top. Will buy another one in black and the beige & live in them all winter! Arrival to UK was fast also. Very impressed.

Good quality product with firm compression but difficult to put on after arm sugery due to arm mobility issues. Very tight fit. Measure before ordering.

Das Shirt sitzt sehr gut und rollt sich nicht nach oben, das erste Mal anziehen war schon sehr mühsam, geht aber beim zweiten Mal schon besser. Ich hatte einen Bolero probiert ( andere Marke) und musste feststellen, dass mich dieser unter den Achsel einschnürt, obwohl die Größe oke war, aber ein Shirt ist eine supa alternative.

Taille bien et pourtant j’ai des bras assez musclés. Et ne roule pas sur la peau. Et j’ai pris une taille S. Reste bien en place Je l’ai acheté pour ma future liposuccion des bras et je ne regrette pas. Par contre juste après une lipo je ne conseille pas. C’est assez difficile à enfiler mais pour quelques semaines après oui comme j’ai prévu de l’utiliser.
