Came in broken
The media could not be loaded. Came in with the push bar broken. Very cheap materials used for the push bar. $1500 and couldn’t even use it.

Good starter machine, but you will want to buy the the commercial style later
THIS IS A GOOD MACHINE, BUT THE HANDLE COMES IN THREE PIECES AND SHAKES WHEN USED, I HAD TO DUCT TAPE THE CONNECTIONS TO IMPROVE HANDLING, STILL COMPARABLE TO THE MORE EXPENSIVE WHITTAKER THAT IS DOUBLE THE PRICE

It was DEAD on arrival!
I strongly advise against purchasing this machine. It was completely non-functional right out of the box—it wouldn’t even turn on. For a $1,500 product, you’d expect proper quality assurance. Thankfully, I purchased the warranty, as I had to file a claim after attempting a few basic troubleshooting steps.
