It comes with a blaster and Energon Axe that can replace either hand. It also comes with 5 pairs of hands in different poses. The Matrix of leadership is just molded detail within the chest, but the chest itself can open to reveal it.

What’s the scale for this model kit?

IDW Optimus is - I believe - 38ft tall, which would make this kit close to 1/72 scale
