⭐Saved My Hair After a Salon Dye Disaster⭐️
I bought this kit after a salon color went way darker than what I asked for. I originally had highlights done on January 19th and then on February 4th I went to a different stylist who applied an all-over dark brown color that turned out nearly jet black over my highlighted hair. I was honestly devastated and didn’t want to bleach my hair or risk major damage since my hair had already been through highlights recently. I used Colorfix and it made a huge difference after only one use. My hair lifted from black to a much more natural-looking warm brown/chocolate shade (middle picture) and I could immediately see more dimension coming through. It didn’t leave my hair feeling gummy or fried like bleach would. Important: I skipped BOTTLE #3 because that bottle makes your hair darker. Beware that the smell is VERY strong (sulfur/egg smell), so be prepared. I had to shampoo multiple times and deep condition afterward, but it was worth it for the results. If you need to remove dark dye without jumping straight to bleach, this product is a lifesaver. I definitely recommend using regular conditioner after (not a deep conditioner because it might seal the old dye molecules which make your hair darker). UPDATE: my hair sadly went back dark (mirror picture) only 2 days after probably because of listening to people saying to skip step #3😭 I will try again using all 3 bottles this time in a few weeks.

Color fix remover
It removes any color dye you may have in your hair, I have always only had to use it once to remove any color from my hair, the box says you may have to color remove twice to get it to lighten up.the only complaint I have is that it says it doesn’t smell bad , that’s not true it smell awful and has my whole house smelling bad even with the bathroom door closed, but it does really remove any color hair dye so 5/12 star from me

Disappointed
Not to be a Debby downer but the only good thing I have to say about this is that it came in time and it didn't damage my hair. In fact it didn't do anything to it. To make the long short, this product did not whatsoever work for me even when I followed the directions. Regardless I do have a few things to say to whoever interested in buying this, the package is smaller than I imagined and the actual product to treat your hair is sort of hard to remove or squeeze out from their bottles and the stench is absolutely horrible as other reviews said. But of course that all could've been forgiven from me if it ended up doing what it promised which was to remove all dyes/colors from my hair but it absolutely did not. Don't get me wrong I did read a few reviews before I bought this and I did see that some people with green hair didn't notice a big difference but then there were some people with black hair that did.. my hair is pink and it's been pink for almost 6 months It went from a really hot pink to a more faded calm pink and I've been wanting it to just all rinse off so I can move on to another color. So obviously when I found out about one n' only I was relieved and I wanted it right away. I've also seen some videos on people who tried it and it worked for most of them and they had permanent hair dye compared to me I only had semi permanent, so I thought for sure it had to work on my hair because how does it work on others and not me? To say I'm just disappointed is really an understatement, now I don't trust anything to remove my hair color other than peroxide bleach. I'm thinking now about what I could've done wrong and the only thing that comes up is maybe opening the package box when it arrived but only using it four days later?(?) (I just wanted to make sure everything was there, again I had no idea it was so small. I have long hair and there really wasn't enough product. I'm glad I didn't buy two though.) Honestly though if that is the case than I should've been warned because one n' only mentioned the faster you work the better the results or something like that but to my knowledge the casings for part 1 color fix and part 2 (the conditioner part) was closed and sealed off from things affecting it. Yes, in case you're wondering I didn't use part three as some reviews suggest and even if I wanted to I wouldn't have known when it just says to apply it I assume after you wash off part 1&2 so does that mean I can use it whenever? The first picture was me a week before using it and the next one was the day after. If you have hair like mine that's pink I'm just going to say I don't recommend this product but anyone wants to give it a try, good luck! This was twenty dollars down the drain for me. 😓

Great product — highly recommend
This stuff works really well without damaging your hair. I removed color and then colored again. My color turned out a bit hollow post strip but that’s ok. This product does the job. It also has a strong surfer smell that takes about a week do daily washing to dissipate bug again, it does the job without damaging hair.

Works well with some caveats.
Lots of mixed reviews here but took a chance. I normally do darkest brown for cover my grays and recently tried black for the first time and it was way too dark so I needed something that would pull some of the black out of my hair. For context, I am asian and have the medium-thickness asian hair. My hair is not a true inky black but of a black with some reddish undertones. I only did steps 1 & 2 and it did pull a good amount of color out, the areas around my crown that are normally gray hairs are now a dark reddish brown where the color was pulled. I am not going to redye my hair. The only negative is that the smell is very strong, reminds of the perming solution from the 80's and I did have a burning sensation on my scalp for a good time even after 2 shampoos. If you have a sensitive scalp, thin hair or adversity to chemical smells, this product is not for you. I did feel like my hair was a teeny bit drier after use so I'll be doing a hair mask to bring some life back to it.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
The first two photos are after the last two before. I really like this product. These are the results after ONE round. If you read the instructions and do as it says you’ll avoid a lot of the things reviews are complaining about. I did NOT use the third product. I know there are some people who do and some that don’t. It says if the color doesn’t strip how you’re wanting after the first wash to REPEAT the steps and process again. Only at the very end do you add the third product if you choose to use it. I saw someone say in a video it needs to be used cause it’s telling you how much color and pigment is still left in your hair. I personally just didn’t feel like doing it and washing my hair again. Also my hair is still very healthy after using. All I did was shampoo twice like the directions say and then condition. I put a leave in conditioner in before blow drying as well. Now as far as the smell I feel like people are being overly dramatic. Yes it stinks. Yes it smells like rotten eggs but it’s not that bad. The smell doesn’t linger and my hair smells like my shampoo after the two washes. I’m sure it all depends on your hair if it holds the smell and depends on the products you use. I use salon grade shampoo and conditioner not cheap stuff so that may also have something to do with it. I’m over all happy with the results but I will probably do another round. I am trying to get back to my natural color which is dirty blonde. Also do not apply it to your roots! SIDE NOTE: The faster you use it the better apparently. I shouldn’t have emptied both bottles because my hair isn’t that long and I could have saved the rest for another round for another day.
