Sooprinse Sewer Jetter Kit for Pressure Washer, 100 FT Hose, 1/4 Inch NPT, Button Nose and Rotating Sewer Jetting Nozzle, Orifice 4.0, 4000 PSI

I’ve been having an on going main sewer drain that was backing up. Used one of those bladders that attached to the end of the water hose and it worked a few times but eventually I think it just pushed the clog further than I could reach. Read about hydro blasting and for the price of this item I took a chance and bought it. First I’d recommend unrolling the hose so you get the twists and kinks out of it. Other than that I attached it to my 1500 psi electric pressure washer and starting shoving it down the pipe. Probably about 80 feet out I found the clog. The spinning nozzle didn’t seem to want to bust through so I pulled it out and used the straight nozzle. After about 60 seconds on the clog water started running free again. Went out maybe another 10 feet and felt like I was at the city pipe. All clear, I ran water through the pipe for a while with no backups. This 100 foot hose probably saved me $200-$300 if not more. If you have a pressure washer and are a little handy this is an easy fix to most clogged sewer lines and will save you a lot of $$.

The attachment point for the head is too long to allow snaking around corners/U’s under 4” diameter.Works really well for straight runs and smooth angles.

After reading several posts about this hose kinking issues it gave me a heads up on how best to deal with it, instead of just unraveling I uncoiled carefully until fully stretched out and decided to wind it back onto a hose reel this allows me to pull it straight out each time, I use it so far, no problems after second use. And it stores nicely and quickly kink free. However, this hose will and does kink easily if not careful, so the hose reel is I think a wise choice to have ready with this hose.

Bought this hoping to clear a drain. But the hose just isn't stiff enough to snake into anything with bends.

I was going to use this hose to clean out a gutter drain pipe. The hose was very cheaply made and kinked easily. Once I finally got it hooked up to my pressurewasher I was able to use it for about 5 minutes before it blew a hole in the hose. I would compare this hose in durability to the equivalent to a paper atraw when drinking a malt.

If you have a pressure washer and a clogged drain with an accessible clean out outside like at the kitchen, this is your tool. It's not super sturdy but it worked like a champ! After snake attempts by me and a plumber who just rammed his snake through our wall and broke our p trap (asked him to leave after that), I was able to gently sneak this down my clean out and blow a stubborn grease clog out in minutes! Soooo glad I tried this. For 30 bucks, it's cheaper that even a 25ft snake that won't work anyway.

Worked great for me. The kinks you may see when you first open the box and try to use it should be expected since it is coiled so tightly in the shipping package. I uncoiled mine and let it lay in the yard for about 15 minutes before using and it did not kink at all. Works great.
