If you buy the baby of course you have to buy refills. There is no way to choose a specific color, the colors are shipped randomly. I would have preferred a pink spoon but it came blue (no big deal I already have pink spoons). There are better bundle packs of greater quantity all the same quality. I would suggest maybe buying those otherwise you'll just be repurchasing more frequently with this one. This one is good though, quick delivery and cheap. Packaged well and I would reorder or recommend, if no alternatives are available at time of purchase.

Bought as a gift for my youngest niece. She has some baby alive dolls she loves to feed and change, but ran out of food and diapers. The dolls themselves only come with a few diapers and foods each. Instead of getting her a new doll I was wondering if I could just get a refill of supplies. And I found this! It’s exactly what I needed and what she wanted! The diapers and food are the same as the original ones. She was excited to find out she had more baby doll supplies on Christmas Day! Note that the item is shipped in its original packaging that says baby alive dolls on it!

My daughter loves these for her baby alive dolls. She loves mixing the food packets and I love that they don't stain!

There were 6 diapers & food packs. My 5 year old went through those in a couple of hours as she was so excited to watch the new Baby Alive pee & poop. The items did work well as intended, tho (Lol)

My granddaughter loves these inexpensive giftable Baby Alive accessories. She used up all the food packets. There is one diaper left. She has fun feeding and taking care of her doll. Refills are necessary with Baby Alive.

So it went like this: "What just happened?" I asked as a child looked at the diaper that doll had been wearing when doll was fed breakfast. Child looks rather surprised at the doll's soiled diaper. "She pooped. The doll poop. Ewwwww." Pause.....and then "Grandma, let's do that again."
