Authentic Indian made booch
For the booch connoiseurs, you will know this is the real booch. Natural fermentation causes the carbonisation, and not the artificial CO2 that the other commercial brands use. This has the Real booch flavor, and not the artificial flavors used by others. Best of all, superbly affordable, and the company claims all profits help animals

Satisfied customer
Fermented well, had only 4 ingredients, excluding water, and did not include any preservatives, etc. It's a good product. The bottles I received had an uneven base as a result it could not stand. Seems weird as bottles normally are kept in an upright position. Anyway, I love the flavour and am sure, my gut was happy.

So many drinks to try!
Well packed. Careful while opening, better chill it before opening it. Tastes good, not too sweet, not very acidic. Loved it. Fun chill alternative to sugary beverages.

Great prduct. Wow
𝓡𝓲𝓼𝓼𝓪𝓵𝓪 𝓟𝓸𝓵𝓸 & 𝓞𝓻𝓰𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓬 𝓕𝓪𝓻𝓶𝓼. Kombucha is a fermented tea rich in probiotics, antioxidants & vitamins. Potential health benefits include improved gut health, heart health, mental health & weight management. The drink may also assist specific health conditions, such as type 2 diabetes management, liver health & cancer. Kombucha contains antioxidants Antioxidants are compounds found in food that help protect your body. They can help reduce inflammation, support your immune systems and reduce DNA damage. Kombucha provides similar benefits to green tea & protect against conditions like diabetes & cancer. It also contains probiotics, which benefit your gut microbiome. People have consumed kombucha, a type of fermented tea, for thousands of years. Not only does it have the same health benefits as tea — it’s also rich in beneficial probiotics. Kombucha also contains antioxidants, can kill harmful bacteria, & may help fight several diseases. The top health benefits of kombucha, based on scientific evidence. 1. Kombucha contains probiotics. Kombucha is thought to originate in Japan. It’s made by adding specific strains of bacteria, yeast, & sugar to black or green tea & then allowing it to ferment for a week or more. During this process, bacteria & yeast form a mushroom-like film on the surface of the liquid. This is why kombucha is also known as “mushroom tea.” This blob is a living symbiotic colony of bacteria & yeast, or a SCOBY, and can be used to ferment new kombucha. The fermentation process produces acetic acid (also found in vinegar) & several other acidic compounds, trace levels of alcohol, & gases that make it carbonated. A large number of bacteria also grow in the mixture. Kombucha contains several species of lactic acid bacteria that may have a probiotic function. Probiotics provide your gut with healthy bacteria. These bacteria may improve many aspects of health, including digestion, inflammation, & even weight loss. 2. Kombucha may provide the benefits of green tea Green tea contains many bioactive compounds, such as polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants in the body. Kombucha made from green tea contains many of the same plant compounds & presumably boasts some of the same benefits. Studies show that drinking green tea regularly or taking supplements containing green tea extract can increase the number of calories you burn, reduce belly fat, improve cholesterol levels, help with blood sugar control, and more. Studies also show that green tea drinkers have a reduced risk of prostate, breast, and colon cancers. 3. Kombucha may benefit liver health Antioxidants are substances that fight free radicals, reactive molecules that can damage your cells. Kombucha, especially when made with green tea, appears to have antioxidant effects on your liver. Rat studies have shown that drinking kombucha regularly reduces liver toxicity caused by toxic chemicals. While no human studies exist on this topic, it seems like a promising research area for people with liver disease. 4. Kombucha may kill harmful bacteria One of the main substances produced during the fermentation of kombucha is acetic acid, which is also abundant in vinegar. Like the polyphenols in tea, acetic acid can kill many potentially harmful microorganisms. Kombucha made from black or green tea has strong antibacterial properties, particularly against infection-causing bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella typhi. These antimicrobial effects suppress the growth of undesirable bacteria & yeasts in test tube studies, but they do not affect the beneficial, probiotic bacteria & yeasts involved in kombucha fermentation. 5. Kombucha may reduce heart disease risk Heart disease is the world’s leading cause of death. Rat studies show that kombucha can greatly improve two markers of heart disease, “bad” LDL and “good” HDL cholesterol, in as few as 30 days. Even more importantly, tea (especially green tea) protects LDL cholesterol particles from oxidation, which is thought to contribute to heart disease. In fact, green tea drinkers have a lower risk of developing heart disease, a benefit that may also apply to kombucha. 6. Kombucha may help manage type 2 diabetes Type 2 diabetes affects over 462 million people worldwide. It’s characterized by high blood sugar levels and insulin resistance. A 2012 study in diabetic rats found that kombucha slowed down the digestion of carbs, which reduced blood sugar levels. It also improved liver & kidney function. In a 2023 pilot study, participants who consumed kombucha (240 mL/day for 4 weeks) had lower fasting blood sugar levels than baseline, while the placebo group did not. A 2023 randomized controlled trial found that kombucha lowered the blood sugar response to high glycemic index meals in healthy adults. 7. Kombucha may help protect against cancer Cancer is one of the world’s leading causes of death. It’s characterized by cell mutation & uncontrolled cell growth. In test-tube studies, kombucha helped prevent the growth & spread of cancerous cells, possibly due to its high concentration of tea polyphenols and antioxidants. How the anticancer properties of tea polyphenols work isn’t well understood. It’s thought that the polyphenols block gene mutation and the growth of cancer cells while also promoting cancer cell death. For this reason, it isn’t surprising that tea drinkers are less likely to develop various types of cancer. Stay healthy. Nothing can help more than turmeric, ginger, garlic, moringa, kombucha, consumed each day. 𝓡𝓲𝓼𝓼𝓪𝓵𝓪 𝓟𝓸𝓵𝓸 & 𝓞𝓻𝓰𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓬 𝓕𝓪𝓻𝓶𝓼. Evoletindia.com. Super products for. A super geniune company. Salutes.

Authentic live kombucha
Excellent product. Fully live. Buying second time. Reason I had to buy was, been for a long time away from base station and has to start kombucha brewing afresh. Otherwise that starter once bought can continuously be used to make your own kombucha. For those two ondering why the bottle is puffes, the seller has replied in his brochure that comes with the kombucha, "If your bottles are puffed, that's a GOOD thing. That means secondary fermentation went well beyond expectation!"

Okay Okay
Too much of fermentation, effectiveness is good enough for making new kombucha batch otherwise it's okay to consume.

Tad expensive for Raw Kombucha
This is Kombucha that's not flavored and raw with live cultures. It's bit bitter. Once you bottle the Kombucha you must burp it often to avoid explosion and you must refrigerate it. I like the taste, I missed brewing my own Kombucha. I enjoyed it. I could use this to make my own scoby. But It's bit too expensive for raw kombucha. And the bottle had ballooned due to live cultures producing carbon dioxide. Lost so much of kombucha to the fizz after opening. It's best to refrigerate and open after it's cold.

Good
It has definitely an acquired taste. I have heard about kombucha about 6 years ago on YouTube sourdough bread and kombucha was all the craze on YouTube at that time. I didn't think it was available in India at that time. I came across YouTube short of founder of this company so I decided to find it on internet and found a link from Amazon and ordered it. About the product: They send a 2 page leaflet very much helpful. As mentioned in it unpasteurized And alive kombucha. Taste I liked it. Probiotic good for gut health. Looking forward to get scoby from them and start brewing my own after few days right now iam little busy. Lot of Fezzing after opening the bottle which shows ongoing fermentation. Very nice product and very authentic ( I think I'm no expert). Hope to replace my morning cup of tea with it. Main reason to buy this was probiotics.
