I have been taking these for many months now. Anyone into natural health is probably aware of the benefits is Boswellia. The packing of this product alone deserves 5 starts. It comes in the most lovely looking box - it really does look beautiful and it makes you feel like you are in India! I don’t have the box anymore, but when I purchase my next kit I will make sure to show it to you. Now, the one I bought is the 240 tablets one, so it will last more than 10 months - as I tend to give my body a break from suppleness once in a while, which is normally a 2 week break after around 4 months of continuous taking any supplements. I recommended these to my mum and she started taking them too - just as impressed with the packing as I was, and she has said it is definitely helping her with her body pain. I’m 36 years old so I don’t have as much pain in my body as my mum does, but it’s certainly helping her and neither of us have noted any side effects.

I actually have really weak knees - when I do excessive exercise they 'click' as my knee doesn't produce as much of the fluid it should do, so even though i'm very active, i have to be careful about what i do due to this. I also have to watch for swelling of the knee. Since taking them i've noticed less clicking, almost stronger feeling knees so it's definitely beneficial as a supplement and would recommend to anyone wanting any additional joint care. I've been more active as a result of these. Easy to swallow, fab find!

I've suffered with mild arthritis in my thumbs and knees for many years so was very interested to try these capsules. I'd read that the boswellia ingredient had been shown to reduce inflammation so was happy to give it a go. After a week of taking one capsule a day it did feel as though I had less pain in my thumbs and, whilst my knees were still clicking like castanets, they did also feel easier. The taste of the capsules is interesting, but not unpleasant, and they are easy to swallow. I didn't get any side affects from using them and will definitely carry on with the course.

I came by these by pure accident, I suffer with bone, joints and muscle pain. I was quite active until I had a horse riding accident and broke my hip, 8 years ago. Pain was unbearable after two ops and rehab, I could hardly walk unaided. On impulse I ordered.... nothing to loose. After only taken twice that is one a day, over two days at bedtime, I was already noticing that the pain was 'clouded', It was a strange feeling, the pain hadn't gone altogether, but noticeably not as bad. I have continued taking the capsules and walking out every morning building muscle strength up again. I am eager to try my bicycle again on the flat ground. I am so glad that I tried these Boswellia Serrata capsules. I was lucky not to suffer any side effects at all. The bottle contains 120 capsules, 3 months supply, I hope that I continue to be almost pain free, and shall be placing my next order. I would recommend and say that they are well worth a try.

not sure if its working for my dog so far she is still in pain today, 4- 8-23 as when I started given to her from th 20th of July

I think it's early days but I do feel better and I have less pain.

N Just started Boswellia, again know from previous experience they are so good and kick in within 5 days. Joints, inflammation etc
