Product is good but packing is wrost the cream got out of bottle and they didn't seal well for product I will give 10/10 but packing wise 1/10

I read reviews of few people who claimed complete recovery from kp within 10 to 15 days, but it didn't happen with me. I have been using this for more than a month. I had slight reduction in bumps size and little change on my cheeks, skin felt better but not a major change. Its very thick so little is enough. It is recommended to use twice a day on the bottle but when I used it I felt thats too much exfoliation. Along with this i also exfoilated everyday using exfoilating gloves with body wash. That was too hard on my skin ,my skin felt rough.so I stopped using twice. I use only during night, after shower. I had high expectations but seems like it takes time.
