Using it from last two years
Purchased it in 2021 and completed 2 years, the best product and strongly suggest it, no cut marks,fast shave and quick charging

Issue while trimming
Trimer is running but it's pulling hair while I'm trimming. It's very painful while trimming. and thing they don't have option to return or replace because when you will go in replace section it's saying "Try self-troubleshooting for fastest resolution" they all solution is wasted. so don't trust on amazon and these kind of product.

Very good trimmer but not for close shave.
They say its a shaver cum trimmer but its more like a very fine trimmer but does not give a close shave. So if anyone looking for a very close shave then this is not the product for them.

I am also using Philips OneBlade QP2525/10 it is much better shave than the Havells ST7000. But the Philips OneBlade is costly than the Havells ST7000. The build quality and shape are very nice. When consider the price, the Havells ST7000 is OK.

Fantastic
Value for money and the blade does not hurt. my 7 yr old daughter requested me that I let her cut my hair and even she was able to use it properly and she cut my hair too. * still I don't recommend to give it to children if they are very naughty as it definitely has a blade and my daughter used it in my presence and control.
