Can I use these hooks for outdoors will it last in winter/heat?

Yes, both of these every year ago outside stays in the sun about 65% of the day with hot temperatures. I’ve got a big thick 2 1/2 inch rope that dangles on those hooks and I’ve never had a problem and I would definitely recommend by again.
