I ordered this Jeep for my grandson. I will start out by saying the instructions were sometimes hard to understand BUT I figured it out. I think the translation from Chinese to English may be some of it. I had to contact customer support twice and they were very fast at responding and very helpful. Once was to find out about my 2nd box bc it comes 2-2 boxes. It showed up 3-4 days after the first one. Very quick at sending em a tracking number on it and 2nd was about a part of the instructions that I didn’t understand. I thought I had a missing part bc it said to install it but we figured out that it was pre-installed. They were fast at responding to my question and was willing to send me the part that I thought was missing. I got it put together in about 1.5 hours. Everything seems to work just fine on it! It’s for his birthday next week so we haven’t “tested” it out yet with him riding it, battery time, or using the remote out yet! So far it seems great! Can update later if need be!

Final review!! I contacted the seller regarding the cracked body of the jeep, they responded promptly and sent me another one, minus the tires of course, nothing was wrong with them, now I can switch out the body n won't have to worry about my granddaughter getting hurt!! I very happy with the customer service I received and will buy from them again!! The replacement jeep was received 2 days after I was notified it was coming!! Can't complain there!! Thank you for everything!!! I updated my review to 3 stars... Only received box 2 of 2, it only weighs 13 pounds so I'm betting the jeeps not in there, still need box 1 of 2, will continue or upgrade my review based on when/if I get the rest of the jeep! To be continued...... So got the rest of my jeep but have no screws to put it together with!! Why? Just why??? When all matters are resolved n hopefully this thing runs I will update my review per the finished product.... Ok last update, when Im wrong, I'll say I was wrong, the screws were included, didn't realize they were in such a small bag in a brown envelope under other pieces/parts, but with that being said, the jeep is together, looks beautiful, runs great! Everything works as it should, downside is, the back end under the seat is all cracked, not very happy about that, going to have to glue it with some CA glue since my granddaughter will be riding in it! Couldn't follow the book instructions so found a video on YouTube with this exact jeep, had it together in less than 30 minutes, assembly was a breeze! Super easy!! All in all I'm happy, just not thrilled that I spent $260 and it's cracked Not sending it back since it came UPS & FedEx in 2 boxes, I'll pay outrageous shipping costs, so my sanity said just keep it, I can't see the crack and again will glue it for now.

My grandson loved his Jeep. He received it at his 1 year birthday party. What's great is that dad and mom can drive the Jeep with the remote, but my grandson feels like he is the one in control. He loves listening to music and cruising around the yard. So cute!!

This remote control jeep is amazing for my kids, it's just amazing. The size of the jeep is larger than I expected. The details of the car mimic a real jeep. I love this thing, it's easy to connect the remote, and the Jeep has three speeds that are very fast. It took my husband about an hour to put it together. This is a great product and I would definitely recommend it!

This ride on is fantastic, the lights & music are a great touch. It was delivered quick. We’ve only had it for a few days but my 4 year old absolutely loves it. He drove through the yard (rained past few days so it’s wet ground) with no issues at all. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the instructions/manual is complete gibberish with blurry pics. Putting the jeep together was actually pretty simple but I had to use a YouTube video for instructions & I’m still unclear on the charge time after the first charge because the manual is gibberish!! But the vehicle is great!!

My son loves his jeep! I love that we can control it with a remote and when he gets old enough he can drive it himself. I will say the instructions were difficult to follow, and it took a while to assemble. I did and assemble it myself but everything seems to be working and I got both boxes in one day. I saw some saying that they didn't get the tires or whatever in time and that was not the case for me. It does very well in grass and uphills and it has an auto stop that works really well. I was worried that it would roll down hills, but it keeps it speed even downhill. Completely stops if you're not driving it.

This car was amazing and my son was so happy on his birthday to get it! And it worked for maybe 5 or 6 months. Now it will only drive in reverse. We have tried everything that Costzon offers to troubleshoot getting it going again and nothing has worked. Worse than that, I have had terrible customer support from Costzon. They took weeks to reply to an email inquiry and now have sent me contacting a different email support address where I am basically starting the process all over again. Would not buy this car or purchase anything they are associated with!

Boy is this thing sharp! My almost two-year-old loves it! It is so easy to operate with the parental controls. Put together in about 1 hour. The only downside to it is it is not Bluetooth compatible and if you want to put your own music onto it you have to use a USB flash drive or a micro SD card. It has five basic songs and my son seems to love if you're happy and you know it clap your hands. He also really loves when you turn it on it makes a real startup noise like our vehicles. I love how it has two different speeds and reverse as easily and you can hard stop if it is going out of control. The range is pretty amazing, too. It also has a pretty great horn and the lights on the front are awesome it's got a little bit of space in the front to store a few things if you want. Highly recommend getting a car cover specific to it if you don't have somewhere to store it out of the rain. Love love love 🤍
