I bought them on a whim to try them out. It makes any diaper into an overnight diaper so their really cost effective. The babies wake up dry and we've had no allergic issues. Such a great idea and well worth it!

I like these a lot. I have tried a number of different diaper pads and some have worked better than others. Yet I couldn't order the ones I normally do so I tried these and wow. They are very absorbent and they kept my diaper fairly dry which I wasn't expecting. I were a size 6 pampers diaper and these fit well.

Works perfect for my sons diapers. He was overflowing at night and these work perfectly to not have a mess in the morning.

This product seemed to make matters worse. My little guy was having leaks sporadically so I ordered these to help minimize and his leaks went from sporadic to EVERY SINGLE DAY. His leaks prior were a little dampness on his jammies. Using these pads, made it completely soaked through his jammies all the way to his mattress. It seemed like they were acting as a plastic shield deflecting the pee up and out of his diaper. I gave it the benefit of the doubt for over a week then threw the towel in. Maybe they will work on a little girl but for my lil guy, they were useless.

I was searching for a solution for my 18month old night time leaks. She sleeps through the night and Despite using night time diapers they would end up having leaks and it began to interrupt her sleep. Bought these after reading an article on Pinterest and we’ve been using them for about 2 straight weeks with regular diapers. We’ve had about two wet mornings out of those 2 weeks. So in my opinion- the my hold very well. They don’t leave any of the gel on my baby (which is something I love) and I would’ve given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for those 2 leaks. Overall- does its job pretty well and I love that you can adjust it to fit in the diaper either more towards the front or back depending if you have a belly sleeper (like I do) or not.

These pads have been absolutely crucial to keeping my 2 year old twin girls dry throughout the night. They had been waking up with soaked pajamas over and over and these pads have been the only thing that have worked!

Along with other reviewers, I usually use Sposies for my son. I thought I would try these because they cost a bit less. They are not as absorbent and he leaked every night we used these. Throwing these in the garbage and going back to our regular brand!

These are very absorbent, but they don't allow flow through to the diaper like other products we have used. This causes diaper leaks because the absorbency of the diaper isn't used and there is "overflow" that leaks out of the back. At first I thought it might be user error, but after several leaks through a perfectly positioned diaper, I realized that the diaper was completely dry under the pad. Bad design.
