I'm not an athlete but I'm a 75 year old who loves to work in the yard. I get unbearably hot here in Texas, so I mix up a tube and drink it down. I feel better immediately. The bottled product is wonderful, but this is so much easier to store and you can just mix it with the water temp that you prefer.
