The quality is very poor
I purchased my 6 burner gas range a few years ago. It has been a complete disappointment. The burners are defective, resulting in constant sparking (look at You Tube video about how to fix this with a DIY sanding job - what a joke). I have had to replace parts in the oven twice. The assembly process, combined with poor engineering forethought, resulted in screws welded in place, requiring one to drill out the screws just to get to the repair. The customer service from the company is horrible. Save yourself the trouble and buy a range from another company

Don’t Buy
6/12/2023 I have had my NXR (36”) stove for 6 weeks. The oven never heats to the right temperature. If set to 350 it heats to 300. I bought a good oven thermometer and have tested it multiple times. I am 70 years old and I’ve used ovens of all brands since I was 12. I’ve used ovens in college dives, and in custom built homes. My ovens have ranged from ancient no name units, to GE, to KitchenAid and to Viking. I have never had a worse oven. I called customer service today and a very smug girl told me to turn on the convection button to get the oven to the right temperature and then monitor it constantly while cooking as the temperature will fluctuate. I told her I’ve never heard of such a thing. She said that’s how NXR ovens work. I told her this needs to be posted on the front of the oven door before purchase. I would never buy this brand again.

Good value for a commercial looking range
we have purchased 3 of these and they work great. Our last personal house had a Decor range that costs 2.5 times as much and didn't work any better.

Next time I'd but from a local and reputable dealer
I am writing this review three years later because we are still upset we bought this unit. Sure I save a few bucks buying this online, but the headaches were not worth it.The oven broke the first time we used it (broken ignition lighter). Good news was that it was covered and repaired it rather quickly. However, at the same time I complained about the burners not looking like they are were emitting a high enough flame and not heating fast enough. Guy told me "no, that's normal". After several more calls they sent the guy out again. He blamed the new kitchen contractor / installer now and said we weren't getting enough natural gas to the unit. Call the the kitchen guy back who tested everything and narrowed it down to the range/over. Finally after demanding answers over a couple of weeks it turns out they sold me a natural gas oven that was set up for propane. Not sure why or if it was previously sold, but that's why the burners weren't allowing enough natural gas through. Each and every of the six burners needed to be retro fitted back to a gas assembly. Oh the parts.... back ordered from Italy they told me. From the time I had it installed to the time it actually worked; it took months. The whole time getting the run around from some shifty sounding guy in Brooklyn with a Philadelphia phone number. That was the seller HCCost. While they did eventually fix the problem (at no cost to me); the whole thing was sketchy. Fast forward three years later and the burner assemblies never seem to sit on the range properly and click all the time. Every time we clean the range I need to take 10-15 mins to align the burner assemblies because the moved somehow and constantly click click click trying to ignite. If one is off kilter; they all click click click endlessly. Even after you shut the burners off. While the unit is nice and big and looks nice; it was a bad purchase for us.Ordered on October 9, 2014Delivered on October 16, 2014Installed on December 19, 2014First use was December 24, 2014First repair visit January 22, 2015Second repair visit January 26, 2015About 10 phone calls and emails in February and finally I had to make threats using MasterCard , Amazon and Better Business Bureau.March 26, 2015 told parts are in and they can schedule me for repair.April 2, 2015 I was told they would be out that week.April 7, 2015 Range finally repaired and operational.Would you buy from this over ..................? The manufacturer Adco was completely "blow off the customer" attitude the whole time. Looking back I can't believe I was as patient with the situation as I was.

Don't buy. Spend more for a Viking
The ignitors are constantly clicking. Tried two different trouble shooting ideas without success. The problem seems to be the burner base and this part has not been available for at least a year. We are to the point of taking out the ignitor and just lighting the stove with matches. In addition, the ovens take more than normal to heat up and sometimes it takes longer to heat up than it does to bake the dish.

BUYER BEWARE
I urge you not To buy this oven. It has been nothing but a headache since I first purchased in 2014. To start they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. There should be a class action against this company with all the bad reviews. Number one the six burners will never be used because you most likely will be limited to two burners due to constant clicking. I am continually transferring pots to other burners due to clicking noise which can drive you mad. Also if you have children the front and top gets boiling hot. We had to replace knobs because heat escapes and they all melted. Duro Corp. said not their problem charging me for all replacement knobs. When glide racks have a heavy pan on bottom rack, racks will slide forward. I was burned when the racks slid forward while holding a heavy pan filled with boiling hot food. Contacted Duro Corp. and was told my model was not supposed to have glider racks and basically what do you want us to do about it. Also oven does not ever hold the correct temperature. We have also had multiple repairs on the thermostat, gas valve and burner inside oven. This oven poses a major safety hazard and you will not be happy with this purchase. Please take my advice and save your money. There is probably so much more I can write about the negatives of this oven but it is just too much to recall. Probably one of my worst purchases ever. It definitely has taken the joy out of my cooking experience. I have given it 1 star because I was forced to give it at least that.
