M.2 Heatsink NVME Heatsink for 2280 M.2 SSD (22x70x10 Size)

Very well packed , before installing 59 deg operating temperature after installing reduced to 41deg , definitely it will reduce 10-15deg operating temp of ssd .

Used it on a Crucial MX500 M.2 SSD. During moderate Gaming sessions it used to get very hot (79c) and on idle around 60c. Applied it after removing the Crucial label on the chip side and secure it with supplied rubber bands. After installation temperatures were around 68c under load and 50c under idle. Approximate drop of 10c was observed however my ssd is right next to GPU which adds to the temperatures.

arrived without the metal clips as mentioned in the description, but I dont have the time to wait for replacement, hence using it with the rubber bands.

I noticed at least 10 degrees drop in temperature after installing this heatsink. So, I recommend this compared to not having a heat sink. However, the Silica Gel Pad has cracks.

Item was easy to attach to NVMe and fits perfectly. So far cooling seems good. Recommended.

M.2での使用で干渉が無ければ、冷却に有利と思います、少し高さが有る分表面積に冷却がある 伝導シールや媒体の分子量などの検査は測りがたいですが、取り付けが楽な点と熱伝導での冷却 が有る方が長時間の仕様でのは良いでしょう。M.2での使用での長期使用と劣化寿命も若干安心 デザインやMotherBoard付属もありますが、有れば便利な物ですが、コストに気にする方は別として 伝導シールの交換も別途有ると安心かも影の立役者、CPUのグリスと合わせて、この時期は良いが また熱い夏場に備えても良いでしょう。

I have used five of these heat sinks on multiple NVMe drives now, most recently a couple of Gen 4 drives - the Samsung 980 Pro and the WD SN850 - which runs hot, but all of them have been kept cool, and I’ve never seen any of them rise to above the low 50s, even under load. In terms of basic heat sink fundamentals they seem to tick the boxes as far as I can tell. They make good contact through the supplied thermal pad, their traditional finned design provides a large surface area, and their material seems to be thermally conductive enough to do it’s job well. Like any heat sink, in order to work effectively there must be airflow across it to carry the heat away. This shouldn’t be an issue in a modern well ventilated case, and anyone concerned about the performance of their drives and the effectiveness of their thermals should already have a good handle on this. Price wise, these are incredibly cheap for what they are. They’re well made, look nice, work well, and come with all the accessories you need for a successful installation. The cleaning wipes are a nice touch, as is the choice of two mounting options. I haven’t yet used the metal clips as I prefer to use the silicone bands to hold the heat sink onto the drive. Overall I couldn’t ask for more of a heat sink. I know there are more elaborate “beautiful” designs, and some that wrap around the rear, which may be necessary in some circumstances but I haven’t personally required that as of yet. My main concern is the temperature of the controller and these manage that perfectly.

Easy installation of this part with the pad and the silicone bands however I did not use the metal clamp as it was too much force and it would bend the drive. It definitely reduced temperatures on my drive by about 10 degrees Celsius.
