Product packaging is misleading - Focal Length too short.
Decent quality, comfortable, but the focal length is very short. That image they have on the box of the elderly gentleman working at a comfortable length? His eyes must be terrible, because with 'perfect' vision wearing these magnifiers my focal length is less than 6" from my eyeballs in 2x, and even shorter in 3x. This puts 3-4" of free space between the actual magnifier and whatever you're working on, just enough to work, but not comfortably.I believe that image is horribly misleading, and there's a reason they don't identify the focal length on the product data. Shame on me for not asking before ordering.

Worth every penny!
This visor is the best. I am an artist painting in acrylics. Generally, my paintings often contain detail. To begin with, I have bad vision, wear glasses, this visor fits right over my specs. The visor I now own are at least 2 years old and I mistreated them. The lenses have caught over spray, way more than once and now have a built in fog. But, I still use them.You cannot go wrong with this purchase.

Short depth-of-view.
The depth of view is too short with magnifier. I ended up sending it back. I wanted it for helping me see better when soldering pc boards. I need a depth of view of at least 12 inches to allow use of my soldering iron and hands. The manufacturer didn’t post the depth of view with power specs. This would have been helpful. I also experienced double-vision with the visor. Perhaps the inter-ocular distance didn’t work for me.

Practically useless
Not sure why I didn't return this item within the given timeframe. Now I am stuck with a pair of mediocre magnifiers that require putting objects at 3 inches from your eyes in order to see details - and even then, image is not clear and it's hard to find the right spot for viewing.
