Had a problem with the old part and that one did it for me.

Many purchasers of a product like this do so because the OEM double ring design corroded and broke off, with possibly one of the pieces making random contact and shorting a circuit and/or taking out a radio. The Amazon match system stated that this would 'fit' on my Hyundai, but the replacement model comes equipped with a 10mm nut setup verses the factory 8mm. It does not fit without swapping the dowels on the new and old part which is a frustrating complication. Check your equipment and make an informed decision as to if this part is right for you.
