I’ve tried a lot of espresso capsules, but Illy consistently stands out. These compatible capsules work perfectly with my Nespresso OriginalLine machine—no issues with fit or function. Illy makes some great espresso and I love that it ships with aluminum capsules that I can recycle with my regular Nespresso pods. They taste amazing and mostly authentic to what I remember Italian coffee tasting like.My issue is in the shipping and handling of the product. I’ve had very mixed results. The photos on this show the more typical experience. The items have the Amazon “new” sticker but clearly they got mishandled somewhere along the line. One box wasn’t even sealed/glued properly and the other looks like someone opened it before it even got to me. The end flap was also not glued down. Because of this several of the capsules are dented and thus not useable due to the way the Nespresso machine works. $9 a box for maybe a half useable box. That’s frustrating and even more infuriating that Amazon won’t return or replace them. Oh well.Know that you’ll get some great tasting quality Illy coffee but depending on where it shops from ymmv for the packaging.

The coffee is great but out of 10 pods per packet, a number of them are always damaged and unusable. This is also a non returnable item so just a frustrating waste of money. I wont be buying these again as these arriving damaged is too frequent an occurrence.
