This is my favorite fish oil because of the purity and the high doses of EPA and DHA … great for joint pain. The orange flavor also is the best especially if you keep it in the fridge

Been using this stuff for about 3 years now. Taken it between 3-5 times a week. No particular health issues I was trying to address simply attempting to get more omega 3's in my diet. When I set out on my search to find a quality fish oil I, like many others, scoured the internet sites that run lab tests on every fish oil under the sun. I wanted to find something that was really high quality and didn't break the bank... well this is the one I landed on. If you've seen the documentary about wild fish populations sponsored by Patagonia you'll well know that due to the escape/release of farmed fish into the wild it is nearly impossible to obtain truly "wild" fish that haven't had their genetics "watered down" so take that for what you will. But I will say that this stuff boasts some pretty great numbers in terms of omega-3 to omega-6 ratio and heavy metal quantity. It tastes great and is easy to drink on it's own if that's your prerogative, just make sure to gently slosh it a bit before every pour or you'll have some merky concentrated stuff towards the end of the bottle. As for the effects, I can't say I notice a difference between the days I take it and the days I don't but I have no doubt it is contributing to my overall long-term health... which is the ultimate goal, right? I've enjoyed this fish oil and I'll keep buying it until I find something better, and if I do I'll be back to update this review.

Amazing that I do not taste fish!

I started taking fish oil for the benefits, but knew it was a mess and a nasty taste. I looked at how many pills I'd need to take to achieve my dose, and groaned. So I decided it'd be easier to try to swallow the liquid which came out to only a few milliliters. It worked out at first, but eventually the orange and the lemon flavored got old. I tried both and I couldn't keep it up. I even spilled the bottle a couple times, and it was not fun to clean up. I needed to use pet odor remover eventually to get the smell out which smells of fish if left out. I drank the fish oil by syringle, drank a liquid to chase it, and often chewed on gummy bears to remove the flavor. It worked for a few months, but realistically, the pills may have been the better idea. I did not really have many fish burps with this brand of fish oil, especially if I ate food with the oil. If you need an alternative, I suggest eating Flaxseed itself, or flaxseed oil. It is not a perfect alternative, and is more ALA potent, but do your research and decide. I currently grind flaxseed raw and put it in cerael.

Very good and doesn’t leave a fishy taste

It doesn’t taste like fish at all or even smell like it. It has a slight orange taste and smell which is nice and 1 tsp isn’t a lot for all the benefit it provides. Great product.

No overpowering taste and easy to digest. Definitely will be using this brand moving forward.

The quality seems excellent, packaging was safe and secure. I just started using it recently so will post another update after couple months or so about any health benefit I felt or noticed.

I've had a super hard time finding decent tasting fish oil supplements, but I think I found one I'm finally going to stick with. Taken by itself it's super oily and you can taste the fish, but hey, what do you expect? When I add it to my smoothie in the morning I only taste orange, which is perfect. Works for me!

It arrived fast, the product was fresh and tasted great. I will re-purchase this when it’s empty. The orange flavour tastes great on it’s own, and blends really well into fruit smoothies. I am the only one in our household using it, so I will only ever buy the 200 ml. The back of the bottle states to use the product within 60 days. I’m happy to have the option of this smaller size bottle. Now I don’t have to throw away unused product
