Q: What size are the nuts that come with the axels?

i honestly dont remember since the passenger side broke immediately after putting it on and the drivers side was just a hair too short to work. then after spending twice as much to fix the issue buying from an autoparts store i returned them and got my money back.

Q: Are the 2 nuts 33mm and are they included?

Yes the nut comes with the new axle. I don't know if they are 33mm, but they are the same size as the nut that was on the original axle. I used a 1 - 5/16" SAE socket as I don't have metrics in that size and it worked fine.
