Great tumbler
This one does the job. I you are going to want to clean and polish 300 plus cases at one time get the larger machine. If you are doing smaller lots this one is great. Relatively quite especially if you set it on a mat or rug square. Cases come out clean and certainly polished to the extent i need. The auto-flow dump of the media is the only way to go. It works as advertised. I ran a batch of 45ACP and 9mm together and had several of the 9's get stuck in the 45's with the media and had to pull them apart with some needle nose but it was not a big deal. When the media has drained out into the pan , with the motor running, you will need to swirl the cases a few times with your hand or a paddle to get all the media out of the cases but it will do that if you give them a couple of passes to turn them over on their side. Works as advertised. Definitely recommended

Good product
Holds a decent amount of cases. Has them clean in about 3-4 hours. Auto flow feature works well but can be messy if you are not careful with it. Cases still will have some media inside that can easily be dumped out. I use the Flitz TA 04885 Green Tumbler Media Additive with my media it polishes them much better

Lyman 1200 Auto-Flo
Been working great with crushed walnut media. Have cleaned at least 5000 rounds of 9mm. Cleaning 300 to 500 rounds at a time. Works great!!! Thanks Lyman!!!

Already Gave it Away
The tumbler is strong and does a good job cleaning cases. The capacity is low which does not work for my volume and the spout is messy. Save you time and money and buy a Dillon and never look back.

Very good tumbler. Cleans cases very well. Auto-Flow works well with just a little help.
I read all the reviews and basically agree with everything that was said up to now. I ran this tumbler to clean all the brass I have accumulated over many years, maybe about 20 loads. All my brass is now very clean and ready for re-loading. The Auto-Flow empties the tumbler in about 2 minutes; when emptying via the auto-flow, don't walk away; rotate the tub every 20 seconds or so. After most of the media is out, open the top, sift the cases in your hands like you are tossing a salad, and run the tumbler again. Almost all the media will be out of your cases. Yes, you do need to handle each case to ensure all media is out, but you need to do that anyway before beginning to reload the case. To reduce static, use Lyman's treated media or add just a little liquid car wax to your dry media.

Great product.
Unit works great. Really like the system to empty out the media so I don't have to sift around looking for the brass.

Very Reliable Tumbler
Works as expected. Replaced my old one which I had for years when it bit the dust. These tumblers run for years and I will buy another when I wear this one out!

Best tumbler I have found so far
It's a nice durable tumbler with nice features for the money. I does a very good job of cleaning up brass just some dirt cheap corn cob bird bedding from Wally World for media and good squirt of Flitz metal polish and cases will look like new. I personally wash my range brass with a little white vinegar in some water and then one quick pass through the tumbler with some old dirty media to get the heavy stuff and then cleaner media and Flitz. The auto flow feature is nice to change out the new and old media. Honestly you have to have the right number of cases in there to have them tumble all the media out clean. To few case and as the media tumbles out the cases just stand on end and hold what's in them. FYI the cheap corn cob bedding media only works on pistols cases, it's got pieces big enough to clog rifle cases, use lyman media for them. Hope this helps.
