Painfully tight mechanism that closed on my ear, making it almost impossible to get off! Thankfully, a family member was able to pry it off my ear! Why couldn't Swarovski place this beautiful swan on a french hook or lever back instead? It is so disappointing to see such a lack of fine design & quality control from such an iconic company as Swarovski. I am soured on this design clasp on an ear, & will not buy this design ever again.
