Men’s Living Green Liquid-Gel Multi

I purchased this multi over a few others for a couple of reasons. The most important is that these multivitamins are in a soft gel, and are suspended in fish oil. What does this mean? For one, you don't have to take an additional fish oil supplement. Also, you don't have to deal with the horrible taste/smell of densely packed multivitamins. This has a slight smell, but it isn't nearly as bad as some others on the market. With densely-packed multi vitamins, the human body often doesn't fully digest/absorb the vitamins and minerals. It doesn't matter how loaded it is (such as those made for bodybuilding where the daily values are several times more than 100%), the fact is that your body only absorbs and utilizes about 10% of the pill, because the densely-packed substance is difficult to break down. Because this is it a soft gel/fish oil suspension, the pill is broken down much more quickly and the percent absorbed is several times greater. The only thing I found lacking in these were the calcium and magnesium content. Calcium is easy to make up for, with yogurt, milk, or Whey protein. Since taking these, I feel like I've been more energized when waking up in the morning, instead of having the intense urge to fall asleep. I also feel more energized and focused throughout the day, which might be a result of the green tea/ginseng extracts (energy) and the Ginkgo/phosphatidylserine, which act as nootropics to increase memory function and focus. I'm going to keep taking these multi vitamins, and update this review if anything changes!

I was taking these for a while, ran out and switched to Kirlands Multi-Vit... It wasn't until then that I realized how great these Irwin vitamins are. The Costco vitamins are not that great. Irwin's give me great energy, focus, and mental stability. I went ahead and subscribed so I never run out again.

I have used this part for over two years. It is help me when I am been overworked and tired. Or just every day situations, keep me mentally alert and focused on what I’m doing

I like these a lot. While I don't buy into the whole liquid portion, the vitamins are coming from whole food sources. There's nothing natural about a multivitamin but it's a lot closer to the real thing then the synthetic vitamins. WARNING~ These vitamins are "subjected" to having small traces of lead in them. I still don't know how I feel about this. For now I'm taking them. I called and asked and they said they do the best to make sure their products are lead free as they can be.

I am very happy with this product. They seem to work in the sense that I feel energized. I have been on the cusp of getting sick during this fall season but seem to never get a full on cold. I am assuming that this is because I am taking these supplements along with other vitamins. I like the fact that they are liquid caps. I would imagine that the vitamins get into your system much faster that way. One cool side effect seems to be that if you take this vitamin at night, your dreams may become more vivid. When I take them at night I have full color, crazy, vivid dreams. This product is worth getting!!!

I read all the research and found that whole food vitamins are better for us than synthetics. Since whole food vitamins are basically dried/concentrated foods, our bodies identify and absorb the ingredients more easily. I originally tried Alive multivitamins for months, but the tablets always made me feel nauseous for some reason. I've been taking these for over a year and I haven't felt nauseated once. Health wise....the Doc says I'm just fine so I guess they're working. There is a Prop 65 warning for traces of lead, but it doesn't concern me. The lead comes from the soil our food is grown in. Most of this lead came from the lead crazed period between the 20's and 80's when lead was used for everything. Now it's in the soil and you can't get it out. The Prop 65 levels seem way too low for lead. To put this in perspective, the Prop 65 limit for lead is 0.5 micrograms per day. The average American daily intake of lead from fruits and vegetables is between 15-25 micrograms per day. The WHO says that adults can safely ingest 200 micrograms per day.
