These enzymes are specifically designed for those who have celiac. It took me years and much suffering and embarrassment at work to discover that there were enzymes which could help my condition. Though my antibodies tested negative (I had not been eating any gluten for a month to test positive for the test I took) my doc and I suspected still that I had celiac when I revealed I had a full body rash after eating wheat bread for a month along with intestinal pain right after ingestion, mucus in my stool, and rhinitis and throat spasms. It definitely eases those symptoms along with assistance in digesting meats, fats, beans, lactose, and cruciferous vegetables. I have trouble with dairy and beans and cruciferous vegetables and some nightshades like tomatoes as well. I take a low level probiotic with these (and other enzyme brands) 2-3 enzyme pills a day. While its best to avoid gluten and a future risk for cancer these pills help for a wide spectrum of foods.

Ok I never write reviews but I feel like I want to help out everyone who has struggled with IBS, intolerances, etc This stuff is LEGIT. I have only had two other times in my whole life (32) that I didn’t “feel my stomach” and now I have a third. I take one like 10 mins before I eat and I literally didn’t know life could be like this. I feel full but not “thanksgiving full” as those who struggle feel even after eating like 1 raisin - and I just feel….calm? Like my whole life has been masking the chronic stomach pain I constantly feel and now I can be NORMAL. I’ve been on elimination diets, been tested for everything - but I think I just have a weak digestive track so this is like my little team of soldiers who help mash that food along and send my body the nutrients correctly instead of …well, IBS-ing them out :/ Get these. Trust it. And after one day you will be obsessed. I’ve already ordered another bottle because I realize now I can never be without

I recently switched to these after my other digestive enzymes seemed to have stopped working. I really like these! I finished my first bottle and reordered. Gentle on my stomach, but effective!

I used to have stomach pain, gas, extreme bloating EVERY day that God has made. BUT in his mercy, He allowed me to stumble across these and they have been a LIFE SAVER! For the first time in two years, I am PAIN less, can have a regular bowel movement and my bloating is GONE. I even tried eating beans just to test out the true strength of these enzyme and NO PAIN or GAS or BLOATING! Wow. I am thoroughly impressed!!! I will say that I do take this along with Hyperprobiotics, Dr. Gundry’s prebiothrive and Vital reds for leaky gut and SIBO. But even when I skip them, I still take my enzymes and I do great. My only complaint is that this product is quite expensive and not sustainable for my college student budget :/. Moral of the story: MUST TAKE if you have Leaky gut symptoms especially has, cramping and extreme bloating!! Don't doubt, just BUY IT!

Normally I cannot digest dairy, so I avoid it. But these pills allowed me to enjoy all the food of Italy without trouble. Pizza in Naples, Carbonara in Rome, no problem! I am very grateful I found these. Highly recommended!

**Received COMPLETELY wrong item from VDCUSA.** BUT, these are the best enzymes I've ever used. I have Celiac disease, so I need to take enzymes if I want to eat anything that contains wheat gluten (which is most foods) & I do spend a fortune on food products (when I CAN) that are gluten free. But, there's still a concern for cross-contamination. I've been buying these for 10 years & have tried a couple other brands along the way, but these are by far the most effective. Enzymedica makes a GREAT product, which is the reason for my 5 STAR rating.
