I was looking for a product which could help with cooking delicious and nutritious food for my family having a balance with a busy life. I chose this product and now we are fully satisfied with this product. It is easy to use as it has preset functions for cooking Indian and western dishes. We can cook a range of dishes: biryani, cake and healthy food like saute vegetables, soup, dal etc. Now my husband, who does not have an idea of cooking food, can also cook food with ease with this product and it is easy to clean it after use. The most useful function is the delay timer. If we go out and need fresh food when we come back, then we can get fresh food when we need it. It is the best product for gifting purposes for beginners or who have a busy life.

Product is good however company & people handling sales & delivery (Amazon) has very poor sense of quality checks before delivery. Product that was delivered to me on 15th October had broken plastic parts, with no recipe book & the Wonderchef packaging box was open. Amazon just wrapped this box with brown paper & tape. Since parts were broken I requested replacement which was completed on 16th October. The 2nd pack also had Amazon brown paper & tape packing, however the Wonderchef box was open. Luckily this time all items were there but the trivet was missing. Don’t know whether Wonderchef provided the trivet along with the product. The fact is that the more the 3rd party does deliveries the more they earn, hence they don’t care about the way they handle high priced delicate items. They take it for granted that if there is breakage customers will return & will get replacements. The main suffering is faced by the customers, WASTAGE OF OUR VALUABLE TIME. AGAIN I HAVE WASTED MY VALUABLE TIME IN WRITING SUCH A BIG REVIEW, KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.

I hv been using a nutri pot for last 5 years and it's hassle free, spill free, noise free and quick for all kinds of cooking.. a bit of innovation and planning is required to try all dishes. Only request is we should be able to buy an extra inner vessel in amazon platform itself.

After one month of use it get error E4, after sale service is very poor. After 7 days of complaint loadgment no one has attended the complaint. Customer support is very poor. Very Pathetic Service, I have purchased Wonderchef Nutri Pot. It got non-functioning within one month then I have raised complaint and have made more than 100 follow-ups. It's more than one month since registering the complaint. Still the product has not been repaired/replaced. Beware neither their service is good nor their product is durable... It's nothing more than a junk box.

Nutripot is very convenient for those looking for hassle free, healthy and nutritious food. The major issue is the seller. We couldn't open the package immediately after receiving since were travelling. And the Demo person didn't come only after giving the time slot. We opened the package ourselves and there were oil stains inside as well as smell of cooked food. And it also had a dent on the outer body Pretty much a used product which was repackaged and sent. We couldn't return the product because we didn't make a video of the unpacking and the Demo guy didn't turn up only to check. Otherwise, thankfully the Nutri-pot is working perfectly. But not sure of the after sales support.

I ordered nutripot after a lot of planning.. First time got a product with a big dent on the outside body...why Wonderchef.. paying too much for this item.. Okay next booked replacement... Got it delivered next day.. the product is ok condition but cable looks like used one with lots of sticky things...no safety thermocol nothing... No user manual nothing... Never expected these things for Wonderchef products

I started using Wonderchef Nutri-pot as an absolute novice in cooking, and it has been a fantastic appliance for me. They have a great recipe book to make all kinds of dishes, and I started with simple soups. I didn't have to use any other vessel - Just two button presses and the soup was ready. I then graduated to dal, khichdi and vegetable curries - all delicious, and most importantly, no fuss super simple. If an absolute beginner like me can cook delicious dishes, one can imagine how sophisticated cooks can navigate through it. I'm not even going to go into technical advantages like consuming lesser fuel and low cook times due to its being a pressure cooker, why it's safer with built in timers etc. It is a wonderful investment.
