Yum! I wasn’t really expecting much but this is delicious!! I added fresh blueberries and these were the perfect American style pancakes.

The mix is easy to use and delivers delicious, fluffy waffles and pancakes with a perfect balance of sweetness. The texture is light and airy, making it a great choice for breakfast or brunch. The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that it could use a bit more flavor complexity to truly stand out. Nonetheless, it's a reliable and tasty option that I would recommend to any waffle or pancake lover.

Nice and handy for my 15 yo to use

I bought this as I'd bought a Sensio waffle maker and thought it may be better than the recipe I tried previously. It's easy to mix and you just add water and some oil. It makes a thick batter, but the waffles that I made didn't rise that much and were quite crispy with a slightly softer inner. I was a bit disappointed to be honest as they call it Gourmet, but I can't see why that is as my homemade batter was a lot better and tastier. I don't know if the other people have reviewed this have no taste buds when they say it makes the best waffles, believe me it doesn't and I feel like it's not worth the money when you can get flour, eggs & milk a lot cheaper and make your own mix. Sadly I won't be buying this again unfortunately. I was hoping it would be good, but it's not. Maybe my machine was a factor of the waffles not turning out properly too, which I think it could be, but it was the same mix sensio recommended with it, so I'm not sure.

Makes perfect waffles. Fluffy and thick with great flavour. I didn’t think a mix would be as good as home made ones with egg whites, but they are.
