Yum! I wasn’t really expecting much but this is delicious!! I added fresh blueberries and these were the perfect American style pancakes.

The mix is easy to use and delivers delicious, fluffy waffles and pancakes with a perfect balance of sweetness. The texture is light and airy, making it a great choice for breakfast or brunch. The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that it could use a bit more flavor complexity to truly stand out. Nonetheless, it's a reliable and tasty option that I would recommend to any waffle or pancake lover.

Made waffles last night, really lovely and crisp. Only used half the recipe as I didn't want too many. Very easy to make, would recommend. Can't show a photo, we ate them.
