Women’s Long Sleeve Plaid Flannel Button Up Shirt 100% Cotton

Based on the size chart, I ordered a Small. I am 5'3" and 120 lbs and unfortunately it's a bit too tight, especially if it shrinks at all during the wash. I really like the shirt colors and also like that it's semi-fitted with seams down the front. But, I thought it was a bit expensive at $26.69 when I purchased the Small. Now, the size Medium is $29.99! I'm still on the fence about re-ordering the larger size, because most fall/winter clothes are on sale now and almost $30 seems expensive, since I can't be guaranteed how it will fit after washing and drying since it's 100% cotton. So if you want to purchase, just be aware to size up.

I have been eyeballing these shirts for two years. First off. I've typically not bought plaid shirts because the plaid pattern, cut of the shirt, and the fact that many are very thick was just not my thing! I'm 5'9", lean build, 36C,27,37... most importantly in providing these measurements, my shoulder are wide and my arms proportionately long. That said, in many button-up long sleeve brands, I can do a Medium, just fine. Certain other brands, like Freepeople, I usually opt for a small but certain really baggie items of theirs I can even size down to a XS - you get that if you buy their clothes frequently. But for most of the brands that you often find on Amazon, like these AMAZING flannel shirts, Amazon recommends a Medium for me. That's based on 36,27,36... but doesn't take into account my A frame shoulders and slightly longer arms! So, I opted for the Large, and nailed it! So glad, as returns sure get old! So if you are wondering about the fit for tall 5"9ish, lean (or even a fuller build) andyour shoulders are broader (A frame type), then definitely get the large. I HAVE NOT washed these, as they both just arrived. But if they shrink, they'll still be great! Plus if the sleeves are a little long, they have the nice color inside the cuffs if you want to flip them up! But I'm definitely keeping these and ordering other colors! And, YES they are made of PERTFECTLY lighter weight flannel. Unwashed, it is super soft to the skin... no flannel itchiness whatsoever! I have some extra room throughout the shirt, but wanted that in case I want to wear it over tees/other, over leggings. The length also just covers my crotch area and comes almost to the bottom or my buttocks. And, NO, I'm not being paid for this review and rarely ever do reviews, period! I bought the Pumpkin Spice and Royal Blue Plaid and both were exactly as pictured. The orangy color in the pumpkin spice and the royal blue are not over the top royal blue, rather, perfectly subdued. LEGENDARY, you have a new customer and I'll be checking out your other clothing, for sure! Hope this helps someone! Def buy these shirts!

It’s a nice shirt, if it fits. Really soft flannel and pretty prints. I found the sleeves to be too long and baggy, yet the mid section just fit. I went up in size so it would be loose, but don’t need loose sleeves. Style wise, I don’t care for the chambray inlay at the collar and placket, but not a deal breaker if the fit had worked.

For sizing reference. I am 5 10, 155 pounds, 36d. I wear a medium in shirts, and a large in blouses and coats. A while back i bought this shirt in a large. It fit perfect. After 3 times washing in cold, and hanging to dry, it no longer fit in the bust. So this time. I ordered 4 shirts in the xlarge. Although a little big, in a few washes, they'll be perfect. They are beautiful, well made, high quality shirts. These are not made with preshrunk flannel. Now that I know that, I'm sure I will enjoy these shirts for years to come. They are definitely perfect for tall girls.

Really nice shirt! The material is soft and thick, not thin or cheap feeling. Based on the other reviews, I sized up to a large even though I usually wear a medium or even a small. I thought it was too big, but after washing and drying on high heat, it fits perfectly. So be warned, it will shrink quite a bit if you put it in the dryer, so size up. Warm and cozy, perfect for fall!

Love this brand, but it shrunk soooo much in the wash!! I washed on cold and dried on low for just a few minutes. Both shirts are large… only difference is I’ve washed this one.

Size: Large I’m 36D, 5’7”, 170 lbs, size 10. Love the shirt!! It’s tight across the breasts, but otherwise perfect. I’ll have to wear a tank top underneath, but that’s the case with 95% of button-front shirts, for me. My shirts can either fit my chest or fit the rest of me, but not both. It fits perfectly through the waist and hips (fitted, but not tight) and the sleeves are long enough at 25.5” from shoulder seam to end. I can button it just fine right underneath the bust and the rest of the way down. I have enough room in the large to wear a T-shirt underneath. Love the chambray trim. Excellent quality fabric, perfect weight flannel, nice construction, very nice tailoring through the waist. Perfect length for wearing out. Not too long, not too short, just right. What a cute shirt and so many great colors for fall and winter. Hope this helps! I will wash in cold water and hang to dry. I’ve heard it shrinks a lot and I can’t have any shrinkage. I’m ordering more!

Really comfortable and good quality

Bad sewing. Pockets were not level. One side higher then other other. No QC. I removed one side of the pocket to make it look better. Didn’t return as I had already washed it to see if it shrink. Disappointed buy.

I wash the item on 30c and hang it to dry, it did not shrink. I even accidentally washed it on 40c and it still didn't shrink. I always line dry. It fit me just fine and I would say I am average size. It is fitted, so if you are broad shouldered or busty. Beware as it might be snug in those areas, read size chart and order accordingly. I measured myself just to order the correct side. I am usually a small but I ordered a medium. I would say a medium maybe considered a small for some. Because it was not overly large. It's soft and looks nice on. I hope this helps.
