This remote does not work!! The codes they provide are impossible to input. The codes on the sheet are 3 or 6 numbers long and the remote only allows you to input 4 numbers. It only allows you to input codes that start with “0” when all the codes on the paper provided start with numbers besides 0. Waste of time! Do not buy!

It's been about two months and still working. It was listed as a compatible replacement for a Carrier remote. It did. Inserted the batteries. Turned on. Aimed at the sensor of the wall AC unit until the wall unit beeped. And that was it. Fan and temperature control worked.

The remote seems to work and connect easily. However, it's only in Celsius and doesn't appear to have a way to change it to Fahrenheit.

Easy to read buttons, good value for the price.

We had an AC for a converted third garage to an office. We assumed the AC was not cooling but NO it was just the remote controller that was not working.. So, before you spend $800 on AC service just make sure the problem is not a $20 remote controller.

This worked right away on a White Westinghouse AC, which was more than 8 years old!

I bought this product which popped out when I did my search for a remote control for my Panasonic air conditioner only to find out that the product does not support the Panasonic products at all. A waste of money and the inconvenience of not being able to use my air conditioner, I can’t even return the product from here ( I LIVE IN THE CARIBBEAN).
