You’re getting quantity over quality
You definitely get a lot but the quality isn’t the best they aren’t very sticky gonna try some tape like the one review said

These are sticky enough to keep the paper wrapped around the bills, but not enough to have residue on your fingers. Some people find it safer to tack on a piece of scotch tape, but I've yet to run into the situation where all the bills have become loose.
