Purchasing a roll of this product is much more economical than buying it in smaller pieces or strips. There is also no 'male' or 'female' side (hook and loop) which allows you to use the entire roll over time without waste. I cannot recommend this product highly enough, as it works for many difficult applications where Velcro simply would not. However, it can be very difficult to separate and therefore should only be used when the mounting/attachment is semi-permanent or when a very strong grip is required. If you'll be attaching and detaching this fastener regularly, you might want to use a less 'extreme' fastener that is a bit more forgiving and easier to detach/separate. Pros: - Fastener is "unisex" (no male and female or 'hook and loop') - Strong hold - All nylon/plastic (weatherproof) - Great value (when purchasing a roll) Cons: - Grip (for the 'extreme') can be too strong for some applications

As a professional musician, Velcro has been part of my life for decades. Velcro and pedalboards are made for each other, right? Enter Dual Lock. Holy crap. No more pedals getting knocked loose while on tour. No more hair/lint buildup on my board or the underside of my pedals. A couple of strips and BAM! Pedal locked in place. Power supply under the board? No problem. If you’re a working musician, ditch the Velcro and start using dual lock.

i mounted my rear window louver on my mustang. it has not moved, even at high speeds, went through a hot summer with twice the average rain. no problems. this allows me to remove the louver and still be able to clean underneath. i cannot do that with my usual 3m tape. will buy again.

I was able to fasten all my pedals down on my pedalboard and can easily take them off if they need adjustment. They are sturdy enough where they won’t fall off

Ive had different brands of Velcro and I found that this brand works the best, Im sure there are cheaper brands but this one works and it works well. Ive purchased this several times already and it has never failed or lost its adhesion even when I had it in my car in the heat hold my GPS mount it still held up perfectly

This is great stuff. Easy to use and apply. Very strong. Not like the regular fuzzy Velcro this product is the same as it attaches to itself. You do need to press it together and feel/hear the sections “click” together. Used it to mount my new coin holder (pic) and my kydex holster for my G43 in the center console. Very pleased.

This is like Velcro on steroids, but is is "single sided", meaning both sides are the same. It is all plastic, no fibers like Velcro, so it does not load up and stop working. A strong "click" together. Don't use too much if you want to remove the object often! We use it for repositionable hold-downs for winding rubber-powered model airplanes.

The good: the velcro is EXACTLY as advertised! It holds on almost too good, which is great. The bad: the adhesive on the opposite side of the strip does not hold well at all. We ended up having to buy an industrial adhesive to make the strips stay. Not even super glue worked to help. (E6000 did the trick) Conclusion: if you don't mind buying additional adhesive with this purchase, you'll have some insanely strong velcro that works perfectly. *Side note* If anyone is wondering if we were using something too heavy or wrong texture to hold properly, we applied this, after cleaning with alcohol, to WeatherTech mats that went the back of the seats. The velcro held perfectly to the seats, but the adhesive would not adhere at all to the smooth rubber of the mat.

I use this for networking for everything's best networking velcro ever used 100% sticks to anything

I bought this specifically to address the issue of other velcro types having their adhesive melting when attaching AV devices to warm devices or to surfaces in cars that similarly get hot and so far it has done it's job. The adhesive stays stuck and while the strength of the locking mechanism of the tape is probably more than I need it certainly works for me. The way the two strips stick mean that both sides are identical so you only need one roll of tape instead of a hook roll and a fuzzy surface velcro roll to stick to.

Good & Strong product. I recommend it

It is Extreme! I love it because it is super strong. I mounted my Radar Detector bracket on the windshield using that same tape 2 years ago and it is still there holding very strong.
