Klipsch often gets a reputation for being all looks- skimping on performance. Not the case at least for these. If you like speakers with horn tweeters, these are your speakers. The 5.25” drivers are punchy, yet natural all around with good bass, as long as you can EQ. I adj EQ digitally as well as on the pots from my preamp & amp. If you have an all in one stereo AV receiver, make sure it has larger ranges of adjustment for each frequency. There is a break-in period for about a few days to a week. I love the airy spatial dynamic of the horns on these- the treble is somewhat forward but not as much as other Klipsch speakers which is good. There is a small dip somewhere in the upper-mid frequencies that you may notice in certain artists’ vocals. This can be remedied with EQing mids and bottom treble. I’ve added more polyester fill (don’t add too much) to the inside of the cabinet to reduce reflection, improve bass extension, and add depth to overall soundstage. Makes a huge difference. Make sure you have speakers on stands or at the proper listening height. Mine is paired with a Fosi DAC, Ayima tube Pre-Amp, Fosi Amp, all with Texas Instrument chipsets. ELAC 10” sub. Set up properly, the b200s are impeccable especially for the price point, and crossover is decent inside the speaker. This model is their sleeper model, not much attention to it. They’ve been producing a version of the b200 for well over a decade with the same dimensions and architecture.

Exceptional Sound
I’ve been wanting Klipsch home speakers for quite a while. These came up for a great price… bought for $124 for the pair. I actually have them hooked up to a cheaper Bluetooth amp (bought this particular one for the active sub output… buying the Klipsch 12” sub soon). It’s been soo many years since I’ve had any type of home sound system… I’m too busy buying aftermarket car parts for my vehicle so I didn’t want to spend too much but want a great sound… these speakers are AMAZING!! The sound is crystal clear… and has an amazing sound stage… the lows are actually surprising as well for the size of the speakers… although you can tell they’re gonna sound well just by their weight. I’ll eventually be in the market to upgrade my home system and actually bought this particular amp-speaker package with the intention of this going to the garage. Although tbh I’m super happy with the sound quality as isI’ve tested them with a varying array of music genres and they haven’t let me down at all…Honestly I was looking to go into floor standing speakers when I upgrade but I’m really thinking I’ll just buy another set of these, add a center channel and by then another 12” sub. These also go soo well with our decor in the living room… the black cabinets are gorgeous and I actually have the dust covers off to see the beautiful copper infused woofers!I highly recommend these speakers

BEST BOOKSHELF SPEAKERS FOR THE PRICE
BEEN LOOKING FOR A PAIR OF BOOKSHELF SPEAKERS FOR MY EXERCISE ROOM 10FT X 14FT. LOOKED AT MANY DIFFERENT MODELS FROM POLK, YAMAHA, KLIPSCH ETC. DIDNT NEED ANYTHING MORE THAN 5.25 WOOFERS AND A DECENT TWEETER TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT I WANTED. THESE KLIPSCH BLACK LABEL B200 IS WHAT I SETTLED FOR SEEING THEY WHERE AVAIBLE ON PRIME DAY FOR $120 AND GENERALLY LISTED AT $167. COULDNT PASS THAT UP. ACTUALLY SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT AT LEAST ANOTHER SET TO ACCOMPANY MY BIGGER SET WITH BOSE 10.2 AND YAMAHA 7.1 RECEIVER. SO DOWN TO THE NITTY GRITTY OF WHAT I THINK. FOR MY ROOM SIZE THESE SPEAKERS ARE GREAT SOUNDING SUPRISINGLY VERY WELL BUILT. THEY COM WITH RUBBER LITTLE PADS FOR SITTING ON A CABINET OR STANDS IF YOU GO THAT FAR. IM RUNNING THESE THROUGH A FACMOGU F900S LITTLE AMP WITH AUDIO COMING FROM AN OPTICAL OUT FROM THE TV TO AN AUDIO CONVERTER WITH 192K TO THE AMP. I GENERALLY LISTEN TO AMAZON PRIME MUSIC THROUGH ROKU (I KNOW NOT HD) STILL SOUNDS GOOD. THE AMP HAS 5.0 BLUETOOTH AS WELL SO I CAN SEND AAC FROM MY IPHONE WHICH SOUNDS EVEN BETTER AS I DO HAVE PRIME MUSIC UNLIMITED AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE SPEAKERS FOR THE SAME IDEA WOULD BE GREAT FOR GAMING, TV, MOVIES AND EVEN FOR SURROUND SPEAKERS. JUST A LITTLE SIDE NOTE I AM A RETIRED MOTOROLA TECHNICIAN OF 35YRS. HAVE FUN
