First of all, these resistance bands are super cute! The colors are all adorable. I bought these because I was tired of the rubber elastic bands I had that would fold over and slip and slide during workouts. These resistance bands are great because they are thick (they don’t fold over) and made of durable material (don’t rip or get over stretched). The inside has a bit of rubber to give the bands grip and prevent slipping. For the most part these bands stay in place; I’ve noticed some slipping but it really just depends on the exercise and type of leggings I’m wearing (I haven’t tried them on skin because I don’t wear shorts to workout). So far these have worked really well for the booty/hip workout video I’ve been doing (10 Mins Side Booty Wider Hips Workout by Chloe Ting). I’ve mainly used the light band, but I tested out both the medium and heavy and all three bands really add a new level of resistance. I can’t wait to work up to the heavy band. I posted videos to show how much stretch/resistance each band provides. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would highly recommend these to anyone looking to buy some great resistance bands.P.s. - They also come with a baggie to store them in and a small booklet filled with exercises, nutrition information, motivational quotes, and answers to some common questions.

Work great provide variable resistance during workouts and made of quality material

If you are looking for something to help you with your cardio workout then these bands definitely do the trick.They are made to last, easy to work with, and give you that burn that you want when doing squats and leg raises. Love that they are also easy to travel with, because that means I can take them when I'm on the go. You might want to start off slow, getting use to them before you really ramp things up.I'm using them 3 times a week now, and I can definitely feel them them working.

These bands are amazing! I once bought a pack of 2 bands that cost me $20 and I had to throw them in the garbage. I only wasted about $6 on these and these are way better than the ones I had before. If you are looking for high quality resistance bands these are it! I am happy with my purchase!

I've been using this product daily now for quite some time, and wow it is so comfortable and I love the fabric. I love how it comes in a set and I can change my level of resistance based on the exercise I’m doing. The bands are good quality, comfortable, and fits without sliding off and it’s been really amazing to use to help build my glutes and thighs. Definitely worth the price with the high quality case to carry them in, which is super convenient. Also the colors are so cute! I feel a burn the next day after a hard workout with these bands. It provides good resistance for lower body exercises and I can already see a difference. They have really taken my at home routine to the next level. Overall I’m really happy with them!

These resistance bands are great! I usually use the rubber ones but recently, one of them snapped while I was using them, so I decided to look for a more durable alternative and came across these bands. Unlike the rubber resistance bands, these bands are thicker and don't roll when you're using them. They come in three different strengths: light, medium, and heavy, so you can experiment and find out which strength is better for you to use for different exercises. Another thing that I really like is that these bands come with an instruction manual that walks you through a variety of exercises with step by step instructions and accompanying pictures, making this perfect for beginners. I love that these come in colours other than purple and pink I just really appreciate the variety! Mine didn't come with a bag (which it was advertised). I did really appreciate the booklet he bands came with teaching you about Macros, Meal Ideas, and things to reach your goals. I really appreciated that.

Really happy with the price I paid for this. I can understand some commenters saying these are too small however at a size 12 with thick thighs I’ve not had an issue. There is a strong plastic smell when you first get these but that’s to be expected. I feel that the light band maybe should have more stretch to it compared to other bands but still beginner friendly.

almost impossible to move at ankles and put too much pressure on joints. There are better bands that give tension without that pressure

They are amazing and affordable! Other sellers’ items were little too long but these are perfect for me- small to normal sized people :)

Did not come with the "light" band, Just 2 bands were in the package. Also, the small bag was missing as well. I am going to return it. Very disappointing!
