I use about half tiff to smelt or wheat flour for making the most perfect flat breads ever. Softens the dough making it so easy to knead and roll out. And the nutty taste adds a bit of mystery to otherwise bland flour.

Very first time I purchased and used this flour. Really amazing in .. Quality gluten free alternative to other gluten free products. I will definitely purchase again.

Good flavor, fresh and is a great add to gluten free pancakes. Now to make Injera.

Like it but expensive

Off Smell! Afraid to use!No more non-domestic teff for us! This is imported from India, distributed from NJ, and the one we received has a very "off" or stale smell.Sadly, even though we just opened it today, we are now past our Amazon prime "return" time, so we're just SOL.I hope Amazon will soon stock more US domestic Organic Ivory Teff products, as we've never had problems with the organic domestic teff.

Good for the money works well.
