カレー作りに重宝しています。以前に買ったものに比べてコクがあり、非常に満足です。

水に混ぜると液体のココナッツミルクになるのかなと思ったのですが、しばらく混ぜても溶けませんでした。 水が冷たかったせいかもしれません。 粉のまま鍋に入れたら、溶けてくれました。 缶のものよりココナッツの風味が足りない気がしましたが、スプーンですくって量を調節できるので、料理には粉の方が使いやすいです。

計量カップに水とパウダーを入れて溶かそうとしましたが、小さい計量カップでは十分に攪拌できず、大きめのボールに入れなおしてしっかり攪拌することでちょうどよいココナッツミルクになりました。 味は缶詰と比較しても遜色ないかと思います。濃さは分量で調整しています。
