Psyllium Husk Powder by NKD Living 1kg (2 x 500g)

Great product, makes my digestion work as it should!

The price is decent and delivery quick. Psyllium helps with all my gluten free baking. It's a must have for me.

Nod products are quite good value. This is no different but I was looking for something a little coarser. This is a fine powder. But does the job Took a star off for the description and very fine grind.

So finely milled that it doesn’t dissolve completely if stirred into liquid and forms lumps. Probably works best if using a blender.

No flavour so may be mixed with your preferred squash for variety. Easiest to mix in a shaker beaker with lid, though I would say not 100% soluble fibre as some I have had turn into a gel eventually whereas this never fully dissolves. That said, maybe a mix of soluble and insoluble fibre is better anyway. Would certainly buy again.

I have tried this for the first time while drinking I felt sand particles in it sent this item back long time ago and after chasing seller I didn’t get my refund back yet. Must say third class service. No care for customers anymore. I can understand in business things can go wrong, but as a good seller they have a duty to sort out customer’s problem.

i dont find this one too good its very gritty not had this problem before with other psyllium husk powders i wont be getting this one again its spoiled my yogurt in a morning
