Good quality taste really good easy to use

I hosted an Indian exchange student who brought me these exact packages of spice mix. I'm in Wisconsin, so finding specialty cheeses in a rural area is completely possible, and I located some fresh cubed paneer locally. I made this one night, following all the directions, and YOU GUYS it tastes like someone figured out curried cheese curds and it is THE BEST THING. You got friends that are like "eww I don't like curry"? Give 'em this. Or find new friends, I guess. Curry is amazing. Anyway. Super easy to make. The directions say things like "cook for 2-3 minutes" without specifying temperature or heat setting, but that's part or the fun. Don't be discouraged if the paneer nuggets get dry when they fry, the sauce is what makes them melty and moist.

We love to cook Indian food but don't have a ton of time to devote to spice mixing, so we were happily surprised by Rasoi Magic. Bought it originally in an Indian grocery then ordered from Amazon. Spices are just right. Need to add tomato based sauce and a few other ingredients but very simple to make. Recommended!
