I really like the way you can use this anywhere on your body, ankle or foot issues just wrap it round the area and off you go, same goes for your hand, wrist and elbow, back or neck problems just drape it over the area, lie back and enjoy the heat, recommend it and would definitely buy more if I needed too

I am using it as a relief measure for a break in my scaphoid bone in my left wrist. It is very good for pain relief. It would be great if the power has a battery pack so that mobility is not restricted. Nonetheless, a wonderful product

Great product very easy to use, only downside is that I didn't know you had to wrap something around your arm before you put it on, it's quite an inconvenience, difficult to get the heat to sink in deep, you have to tie it tight.

Very pleased with the relief this offers. I have RA and the warmth is very comforting as I sit with this wrapped around my painful wrists or elbows. I’m considering getting one of the larger pads to get relief in other joints as well.

item is for a small woman or child due to length ect pictue is misleading as a man i found it small and the instructions are poor
